ACTS EnhancePRO™ (dissolvable injection) valve is an interventionless pressure actuated injection valve designed for variable rate water flood injection/production wellbore applications within existing liners. The valves are actuated to an open injection position with the application of differential pressure. With the valves opened, specifically sized injection ports permit continuous injection capability to the reservoir. Unique design features in the valves permit all valves installed in a wellbore to be opened simultaneously. This ensures an even injection profile from multiple valves into the formation throughout the wellbore’s lateral length. The valves are available in various metallurgies and can be supplied with anti-corrosive protective coatings to suit varying application requirements.
