Overview

The VantagePRO™ multi-stage fracturing system can perform a nearly unlimited number of pinpoint fracture stimulations quickly and cost-effectively. With coiled tubing used as the primary conveyance method, fracturing valves are mechanically shifted open using an actuating tool establishing communication to the formation. Annular or coiled tubing stimulation can then be conducted using a specifically designed coiled tubing actuated packer for isolation between multiple intervals. The valves can be closed at a later time using the same actuating tool if necessary.

The coiled tubing bottomhole assembly also includes an abrasive jet perforator which can cut multiple perforations through the liner/cement and into the formation. Annular or coiled tubing stimulation can then be conducted using a specifically designed coiled tubing actuated packer for isolation between multiple intervals. The abrasive jet perforator can be run as a backup system in conjunction with the fracturing valves, or as a stand-alone fracturing system.
